Program Name

The Get Best Used Cars Customer Care Messaging Program provides text message communications to customers who submit a vehicle inquiry form on GetBestUsedCars.com.

By opting in, customers agree to receive SMS messages related to their specific vehicle inquiry, including:

  • Responses to vehicle availability questions
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Follow-up communication regarding a requested vehicle
  • Purchase-related communication
  • Internal notifications to assigned sales agents when a new customer lead is received

Messages are sent by Get Best Used Cars sales representatives to assist customers with their vehicle purchase inquiry. This program does not send unsolicited marketing messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's interaction and inquiry. Customers may receive multiple messages related to their vehicle request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the customer's mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After sending STOP, the customer will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless they opt in again.
